Warranty Information
Quasar Instruments honors all manufacturer warranties in addition to our no-questions-asked pipette replacement policy.
- Pipettes that become dysfunctional will be replaced immediately upon notifying Quasar Instruments to ensure your lab continues to run smoothly
- Products that are damaged through misuse are void of warranty
- In the event that repair fees are necessary, the customer will be contacted immediately to determine the desired course of action
