The PCR Thermocyclers from ExtraGene are designed for accurate quick PCR experiments. The EG3200 is a small robust benchtop unit designed for 32 x 0.2 PCR tubes and strips. The EG9600 is an advanced gradient thermocycler with replacable heating blocks. This unit can run 96 x 0.2 PCR tubes, 77 x 0.5 mL microtubes, 12 PCR strips or 1 96 or 384 well PCR plate.

The TC9639 Thermal Cycler by Benchmark Scientific is a robust unit that is easy to program and ideal for high throughput labs. Featuring a large touch screen display, the TC9639 Thermal Cycler allows you to view current programs, enter new protocols, and edit steps of an existing program. An integrated program wizard walks you through protocol input and allows your programs to be stored in public or password protected folders. Sample integrity is maintained with the fully adjustable heated lid that prevents evaporation and condensation. Lid temperature can be programmed and will turn off automatically when block temperature falls below 35 ⁰C. The TC9639 Thermal Cycler also includes a multi-format block for added flexibility without the need for multiple blocks. This flexibility allows you to run samples in 96 x 0.2 mL tubes, 39 x 0.5 mL tubes, or a 96 well plate. An adapter for in-situ slide processing and separate block for 384 well plates are also available.

This EG9600 PCR Thermocycler uses the most advanced peltier technology to provide fast accurate heating and cooling of your PCR samples. The large LCD graphic display makes programing quick and simple. The unit can store 100 programs with a max of 99 cycles. The thermocycler has a heat lid with a programable temperature range of 70ºC - 115ºC. The block has a temperature range of 0ºC - 99ºC (Heating Rate: > 3.0ºC/s; Cooling Rate: > 2.8ºC/s; (+/-) 0.2ºC from 20ºC-75º) and a capacity of 96 x 0.2 ml PCR tubes, 12 strips or 1 plate as well as 77 0.5 mL micro tubes as well as an option for a 384 well plate.
