Amber Wide Mouth Packer Bottles feature a wide opening making them an ideal general purpose bottle for solids. Applications include pharmaceutical, chemical and environmental; especially for light sensitive products. Closures sold separately.

The attached black phenolic (thermoset) rubber lined caps are autoclavable and compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 Rubber Articles Intended for Repeated Use. The liner exhibits good resiliency and resistance to moisture vapor.

The attached black phenolic (thermoset) caps with pulp/vinyl liners are perfect for general use. The liner is made of a vinyl coating applied to high density polyethylene coated paper which is then it is laminated to pulpboard. This general purpose pulp/vinyl liner is commonly used for food, beverage, medical and chemical applications packed at less than 120° F., including mild acids, alkalis, solvents, alcohols, oils and aqueous products; not recommended for active hydrocarbons or bleaches.

The attached black thermoset (phenolic) caps with solid PE liners offer good chemical resistance and a low moisture vapor transmission rate. These PE liners are great for nail polish remover, higher concentration acids & alkalis, and non-oil products filled at room temperature. PE liners are paperless, protecting your samples fiber or paper particle contamination.

The attached black phenolic (thermoset) caps with Polyseal™ cone liners form an exceptionally tight seal to serve as a chemical barrier. This Polyseal™ cone liner molds itself around the finish as the cap is screwed on, virtually eliminating leakage, evaporation, contamination, binding and backing off. These caps have a wide range of uses; from liquids, to soaps, to macro-invertebrates.

The attached green thermoset (phenolic) caps are known for having the widest range of chemical compatibility and temperature tolerance for plastic closures. The PTFE liner system is identified by the green color. Foam backed PTFE liners resist attack from virtually all chemicals at room temperature and provides a tight seal with a low moisture transmission rate. F217 has a low density foam core between two solid layers of LDPE. Used to store strong acid solvents, analytical lab samples, environmental samples, pharmaceuticals, high purity samples, and diagnostic reagents.

The attached unlined polypropylene caps are autoclavable and commonly used for powders and other dried products.

The attached polypropylene SturdeeSeal PE Foam Lined caps have excellent sealing characteristics and offer good chemical resistance including acids, alcohols, alkalis, aqueous solutions, cosmetics, household oils, and solvents.
