Naloxone is an opiate drug used to counter the effects of opioid overdose. Naloxone is sold under the trade names Narcan, Nalone, and Narcanti. The presence of Naloxone indicates use or exposure. Not a recognized metabolite of any other drug. Included in Targin (along with oxycodone) and Suboxone (along with buprenorphine).
