Information

7-Aminoclonazepam is the primary active metabolite of the long-acting benzodiazepine, clonazepam. Available under the brand names Clonapam, Klonopin, and Rivotril, clonazepam is prescribed for the treatment of panic disorders, severe anxiety, and seizures. It is not a known metabolite of any other drug. Presence indicates clonazepam use.
