Disposable Centrifuge Tubes from ExtraGene and Heathrow are manufactured from a reliable, yet affordable polypropylene plastic that help maintain your samples integrity. Microcentrifuge tubes are available in 0.5 mL microtubes, 1.5(1.7) mL microtubes, and 2.0 mL microtube volumes with optional lid locks that keep the caps tightly secured and even float in water baths. As a convenience to our customers we sell our microtubes and centrifuge tubes in either pack or case quantities.

HeroLab also has polystyrene centrifuge tubes in 1.0 and 5.0 mL volumes. These tubes are ideal for aqueous samples spun at lower temperatures.

For larger samples we carry 15 mL and 50 mL centrifuge tubes, with or with caps. For convenience Heathrow Scientific offers self-standing 50 mL centrifuge tubes. If you would like samples of any of these tubes, please contact an account manager.

*Note: The 1.5 (1.7) mL microtubes are graduated at 1.5 mL but have a maximum capacity of 1.7 mL. These tubes are called both 1.5 mL microtubes and 1.7 mL microtubes.
