Microtubes from ExtraGene
The ExtraGene microtubes have been a favorite of our customers for some time. These tubes feature high quality construction, tight seals but not so tight they are difficult to open. The microtubes are available in a variety of colors and sizes from 0.5, 1.5 (1.7) and 2.0 mL sizes. We also carry the ExtraGene Lid Lock which locks down the lid for extreme heating, accident protection and they also float in water baths. We also carry the reversible microtube holders which hold the 1.5 (1.7) and 2.0 mL microtubes on one side and the 0.5 mL microtubes on the other side. As a convenience to our customers we sell our microtubes and centrifuge tubes in both pack or box and case quantities.
*Note: The 1.5 (1.7) mL microtubes are graduated at 1.5 mL but have a maximum capacity of 1.7 mL. These tubes are called both 1.5 mL microtubes and 1.7 mL microtubes.
